We bought the timeshare for weekn51 because our children were young at the time and they were normally outnof school this week for the holidays. It was a great break for everyone.nThe kids and adults love the indoor water park. there is a bar/restaurantnoverlooking the waterpark for parents to be able to watch their children.nGreat for rainy days. The pool in the summer is wonderful also. Skiing isngreat and not too difficult for children/adults learning to ski. When younget back to your condo, you have your own jacuzzi. We went tubing lastnyear and it was fun for the whole family. Several towns close by forndaytrips. Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
