We bought the timeshare for weekn51 because our children were young at the time and they were normally outnof school this week for the holidays. It was a great break for everyone.nThe kids and adults love the indoor water park. there is a bar/restaurantnoverlooking the waterpark for parents to be able to watch their children.nGreat for rainy days. The pool in the summer is wonderful also. Skiing isngreat and not too difficult for children/adults learning to ski. When younget back to your condo, you have your own jacuzzi. We went tubing lastnyear and it was fun for the whole family. Several towns close by forndaytrips. Shopping, dining, wineries.....etc.nn*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*nn*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
